岗位描述：
1、 带领项目组成员高效顺利完成项目的开发和交付工作；
Leading team members to efficiently and successfully complete the development and delivery of projects;

2、 作为项目开发的负责人，确立项目组内各成员的分工职责，指导并激励项目组成员的工作，营造积极的团队工作氛围；
Acting as the project development leader, establishes the division of responsibilities for each members, guides and inspires the project team to work, and creates a positive teamwork atmosphere;

3、 制定详细的项目工作计划，并根据项目实施的实际情况，及时与客户和公司内各有关部门沟通、协调，利用ITW 紧固件特有的企业文化/核心价值观 等工具，独立、有效地更新、调整工作计划，致力于内外部客户满意，提升ITW 紧固件的品牌效应；
Prepareing the detailed project planning, communicating and coordinating with customer and relevant
internal teams as required;
Independently and efficiently updating and adjusting the project planning to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction by utilizing different ITW tool box under ITW Fasteners' unique corporate culture and core values，enhance the brand effect of ITW fasteners；

4、 与项目组成员一同对潜在的项目风险进行评估和分级，并制定调整计划和应急策略；
Collaborating with team members to evaluate and prioritise potential project risks. Developing
emergency action and strategies accordingly.

5、独立完整、清晰地向各级管理层汇报项目状况；
Independently, fully and clearly report project status to all levels of management;

6 支持销售团队，根据客户输入的要求推动内部各职能部门的及时输出,促进公司业务的可持续性增长；支持质量团队，应对客户的体系，零件过程等的评审和量产零件的客诉等；
Support sales team to get the feedback timely from any functional team based on the customer’ requirement input , to promote the sustainable growth of ITW's business; Support quality team to Responding to IATF 16949 audit, customer quality process audit and quality complaints etc.;

7 组织项目团队系统完整的准备APQP，ECN 变更履历等项目资料；项目投产后，按照要求整理和总结项目开发过程中的问题清单和经验教训;
Organise functional team to systematically prepare project documents ,include APQP , ECN list etc.;
Gathering and summarizing all project questions list and lesson learnings after SOP ;

8 负责的项目会涉及吉利、Volvo等主机 ，以及公司关键的一些零部件大客户 .
Mainly responsibilitly for Geely、Volvo OEM etc., and the key Tires ‘ project development .

岗位要求：
1. 学历：本科；
Degree: undergraduate；

2. 从事 汽车行业或注塑/冲压类行业相关工作3年以上，有过注塑/冲压类产品的项目管理经验优先；
Engaged in Automotive or plastic injection/metal stamping management related work for
more than 3 years, injection molding /metal stamping program management experience is
preferred;

3. 熟悉工程图纸、了解注塑工艺或冲压等经验；
Familiar with engineering drawings, understand injection molding or stamping process and
other experience;

4. 熟悉APQP 5大工具和IATF 16949 等汽车行业体系工具：IATF 16949; 5 quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA);
Familiarity with Auto process: IATF 16949; 5 quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA);

5. 有沟通协调能力，有自发和团队合作意识；
Have communication and coordination skills, spontaneous and teamwork awareness；

6. 良好的英语读写能力。
Good English reading and writing skills。
