Job Description: 61 Daily operations for materials & equipment/spare parts import, sample exportation. Including the HS code classification, declaration data collection from end users/ shippers and coordinate with forwarder for the details ops. 61 System maintenance - Perform oracle/sap operations by different processes, GTM/OTM system if needed. 61 Ensure the daily practice to be compliance by local regulations of China Customs, as well as adherence to US GTO/GTC requirements 61 Support factory e-handbook registration, active participation in various business logistics initiatives and other duties as assigned 61 Logistics Supplier management, to make sure the cycle time can meet end customer demand.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 61 Bachelor degree in Business, logistics and Customs related 61 Good verbal and written in English 61 Minimum of 3 years' experience in an import & export analysis role, preferably gained within a manufacturing sector 61 Good communication skills, good business and finance acumen, strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail 61 Ability to understand a problem, structure the analysis needed to solve it and come up with innovative and insightful solutions and recommendations 61 Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment dealing with changes
