RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales system development &innovation
61 Build and innovate sales system according to business development
1、Distributor stock automation system
2、MDM – District module/ Cooler infom creation / DC to store module
3、Target setting automation system
4、DMS data accurate innovation & combing the DMS operation process
61 Collect and analysis user needs
1、Collect user needs after each system roll-out
2、Analysis system improvements and make perfect solution
3、Diagnose systematic issues related to work process and cross functional collaboration, provide solution accordingly
61 Train sales system to user
1、Train and guide the user about the system use guide and best practices


Sales Incentive Calculation
61 Lead to set up standard calculation process and criteria to ensure the right calculation of sales incentive, coordinate with IT and GRC and NSOP internally tp ensure the ontime deployment of sales incentive automation system
1、Coordinate and lead the incentive calculation
2、Build up the incentive calculation template and help to monthly double check the result
3、Support Sales incentive special approval

generate business insight
61 Lead to set up and develop reporting and evaluation system to monitor and evaluate resource utility efficiency; identify risk and opportunities and to raise recommendations to the sales management on how to improve and optimize.
1、Issue the Management sales Report on time and ensure the data accuracy
2、Daily Sales Reporting
3、Support weekly meeting deck preparation

Ensure compliance within fast-growing business
61 As a Business Process Owner to minimize the risk internally
1、Coordinate potential analysis and account plans at regional level
61 As sales department, main investigator participate compliance case investigation
1、Implement our plans to grow olfactive passion in sales at regional level

SPECIFIC KNOWLEGE
1、Strong analytical skills, project management skills, Market Knowledge: Traditional & Modern Trade, Impulse Channel;
2、Sales, Field & Merchandising Processes;
3、Proactive, dynamic, responsible, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, result-oriented, English – fluent
4、Computer skills - advanced Excel, PPT, MS Office user
5、Excellent organization skills and strong logical thinking ability.
6、Project management / process development.
7、Of agility and adaptation to changes.
8、Strong ownership and responsibility.
