Sales Incentive Calculation 61 Lead to set up standard calculation process and criteria to ensure the right calculation of sales incentive, coordinate with IT and GRC and NSOP internally tp ensure the ontime deployment of sales incentive automation system 1、Coordinate and lead the incentive calculation 2、Build up the incentive calculation template and help to monthly double check the result 3、Support Sales incentive special approval
generate business insight 61 Lead to set up and develop reporting and evaluation system to monitor and evaluate resource utility efficiency; identify risk and opportunities and to raise recommendations to the sales management on how to improve and optimize. 1、Issue the Management sales Report on time and ensure the data accuracy 2、Daily Sales Reporting 3、Support weekly meeting deck preparation
