1. To handle daily operation & deal with incidents and other unexpected issues 2. To communicate with all related parties, oversea offices, local agents etc 3. To provide customer service, like incoterms and how to quote rate etc 4. To deal with hub system and basic knowledge of pallets and airline services 5. To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs Job Requirements: 1. colleague degree or above,major in english,foreign trade or logistic managment will be prefered; 2. good at basic computer skills,such as word,excel; 3. good english ability in reading,writing and basic speaking; 4. With 3-5 years relevant experience in an international freight forwarding or air carriers would be a big advantage; 5. basic knowledge on import and export procedures; 6. basic knowledge on customs declaration.
