Job descriptions : 1. Liaise with Customer for the arrangement of pick up or delivery of goods and documents to our warehouse premises 2. Liaise with local or overseas internal or external customers for the arrangement of export of goods. 3. Check correctness of all shipping documents and reports any discrepancy to related parties for rectification. 4. Perform any business related duties assigned by team leader/ supervisor. 5. Monitor flight arrangement with booking team, check if the transit time meet customer’s requirement. 6. Monitor Customs clearance with CHB team. 7. Monitor cargo receiving/ cargo weight/ cargo tendering with warehouse team and report to customer once any irregularity. 8. E2K shpt entry, prepare delay code. 9. Check selling rate; coordinate with booking team to select the best flight for cost saving and service quality. 10. Encourage team cooperation & spirit. 11. Prepare relative reports as per customer required. Qualification: 1. College degree or above, majority in logistics or international trade is preferred 2. 2 year working experience in the related industry 3. Good communication in Chinese & English 4. CET 4 or above 5. Strong responsibility and team work sprit. 工作职责: 1. 联系客人安排提货或客人自己送货到UPS指定仓库及当地和海外UPS 确认价格并安排空运货物出口。 3. 核对检测运输所需要文件,并及时通知处理异常问题,货物清关状态的及时跟踪。 4. 接受主管布置的新的工作任务, 愿意接受挑战,协同有关部门安排航班提供最有服务 5. 核对实际收货重量, 尺寸等数据,发现异常及时和客人保持沟通,及时更新E2K /CW1 货运系统信息。 6. 按要求制作公司/客人需要的表格。 职位要求: 1. 大专/本科及以上学历(物流, 国际贸易优先)。 2. 有两年以上工作经历优先。 3. 英文四级及以上,良好的中文和英文沟通能力。 4. 拥有责任心和团队协作精神。
