Job Description: 1. Capability to lead different PM category teams at the Center China 2. Portfolio management, road mapping and product lifecycle management from idea up to end of life. 3. Closely communication with Sales in Asia region to get more information about growth options 4. Investigation on customers needs and transfer into specifications of projects 5. Continuous market-benchmarks to dig out the advantages and disadvantages 6. Support the pricing-process and pricing-portfolio of single categories/ products 7. Daily business with a culture of "speed & innovation" 8. Identify reasonable new product-ideas with indications of financial benefits and for growing the business 9. Smooth and continuous internal communication with all stakeholders for daily business Requirements/Qualification: 1. High level of analytical skills. 2. Keen to know new technology, demonstrate strong curiosity and creativity. 3. Excellent communication skills and being able to create links to counterparts for other regions 4. Be able to explain the complicated technical topics with simple words and presentation tools. 5. Enthusiasm to work as one team. 6. Be able to communicate in both written and spoken English for driving the daily business Educational Background: 1. Bachelor degree or above in business/product marketing/engineering related subjects. 2. At least 5 years experience in product management or sales in Asia market.
