* Identify key AIPA touchpoints to maximize the media effectiveness and drive media efficiency align with the brand and business plan
* Working on the Brand Media Strategy and Planning for Danone brands
* Support Marketing team to maximize total touchpoint mix for all active Danone brands * Identify potential strategic partnerships with key media platforms that cater to Chinese mothers
* Define long- and short-term opportunities on the market
* Lead test and learn initiatives with new platforms to stay in the bleeding edge
* Being a media analyst to leverage data and research, and drive actionable media insights for plan development
* Work closely with S&I and IT teams to manage 1st and 3rd party Data lake.
* Responsible for competitor review and latest media trend to drive insight for brands
* Plan and activate independent media projects and content partnership.
* Responsible for managing priorities and resources between media agencies and marketing teams
* Responsible of the relationship and accountable for the agency’s performance
* Manager media execution and monitor relevant KPI’s
* Supervise development, execution and evaluation of tactical plans across all touchpoints
Functional Competency l Good understanding and experience with brand building and platform communication. l Excellent expertise and experience with media planning and buying.
l Strong understanding of media R&F fundamentals, experience with social campaign media strategy development

l Previous experience with team management of at least 2 people
l Ability to influence and convince internal stakeholders
l Proven ability to challenge the status quo, initiate (self-starter), lead projects and people effectively
l Proactively networks with others to bring outside in learning and best practice to drive the new paradigm marketing agenda
Qualification
l 10 years of experience in the marketing media field or in a media agency as a planning director, strategic planner
l Fluency in English and Mandarin
l Extensive experience with communication strategy development and concrete execution of multi touchpoint solutions.
l Ability to quickly adapt plans to address emerging trends and competitive threats
l Experience with external partners management (agencies, partnership, negotiation and sourcing)
