Job Description 61 Manage the company Brands Licensing business for China, ensuring that the licensing department achieves its objectives 61 Develop licensing strategies for responsible categories / brands; establish the goals for both financial and category / brand development (including product, channel / retail and marketing)· 61 Implement the licensing strategies for the responsible categories / brands and deliver the licensing goals 61 Exploit / identify new business opportunities 61 Manage and grow existing licensing businesses 61 Closely monitor licensees’ performance and provide business direction to licensees to enhance the business result 61 Ensure product availability (with right product mix, quality and price point) in the market for the responsible categories / brands in the key channels 61 To emphasis on delivering good brand conscious strategic planning to drive the brand and product proposition with both the retail and licensee customer base. 02 Preferred Background and Experience 61 Posses a good academic education ( preferred Marketing ) and at least 5 years of relevant proven working experience 61 Ability to negotiate in a savvy and commercially beneficial manner and posses the strategic mindset to identify cross functional and divisional opportunities 61 Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment 61 Strong written and verbal communication skills 61 Possess a positive and can do attitude
