岗位职责: Main Tasks 61 Work with customer and sales/production for Spec, Control Limit setup and Quality Requirement review. 61 Coordinate customer quality issue review within company, issue 8D report for trouble shooting. 61 Continuously follow up corrective action implementation status to drive quality issue solved timely. 61 Follow up nonconformity goods disposition. 61 Assist to product manager to implement quality improvement project, align quality standard and best practices with other sites. 61 Responsible for annual Customer Satisfactory Survey. 61 Handling SPC abnormal issue occurred at customer site. Provide process OOC investigation report to customer by request. 61 ECR/ECN key user. Maintain internal process change system, register and review ECR/ECN issue/closure.
