MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
61 Carries out daily quality inspection based on Synthomer product standard and specifications.
61 Conduct supplier audit to drive process standardization, waste elimination and continuous improvement.
61 Monitor, communicate and improve key supply chain KPIs, including Supplier On Time Delivery, customer complaint rate (CCR) and Cost of Quality (COQ)
61 Monitor the data trend of quality trend and report early warnings message of product issue on time to prevent real quality issue and improve customer satisfaction.
61 Lead company internal audit and coordinate with external auditors for third part audit and QMS certification etc.
61 Prepare quality reports according to customers’ special request
61 Other tasks deemed necessary and assigned by the line manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
61 A bachelor’s degree, majored in Chemical or Chemistry related
61 QMS auditor certificate (including internal auditor certificate)
61 At least 3 years’ experience on a manufacturing site in chemical industry
61 Self-starter and a good player for teamwork
61 Demonstrated flexibility in job assignments, and especially business travelling when required.
