Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the
end-to-end operation of master data lifecycle including creation, update, and
archival/deletion of the master data, by following the standards and quality
requirements of the domain. Each day, you will provide support on master data
management processes. You will also showcase your expertise by understanding
the impact of the master data maintained and accordingly providing guidance to
others on the related matters.

The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the EL Commercial Operation in Shanghai.

Job objectives:
1. Maintain Master Data
2. Master Data Quality Improvement

Job Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Master Data Maintenance in MDG/SAP.
2. Supplier Management
1) Supplier Lead time management
2) Supplier OTD monitor
3) Supplier performance measurement
4) Supplier Export Control (ECN/ECCN) data governance and update (PCE)
3. Material Master Data Maintenance in SAP and ABB global tool (Material
Configuration)
4. Data Quality improvement according to ABB Global data rule
5. Department administration work (partial).

Qualifications for the role
1. Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years working experience in Master Data
maintenance, product classification and export risk control.
2. Familiar with SAP, MDG system.
3. Advanced knowledge of Excel/PPT/Visio
4. Strong communication, leadership and influence skill
5. Logical thinking, Familiar with data analysis skill and problem solve skill
6. Fluent English
