Your key responsibilities * Setup systematically data mining centre (data hub) by provide consumer – customer – competitor data ecosystem mapping with product portfolio development. Meanwhile, take key responsibility to train related team (segment/product/sales) to learn/ understand/ utilize data hub. * Keep optimization and polishing existing segment with valuable insight in a robust and effective way to both marketing & sales team with customer centricity to drive business growth. * Explore and identify potential segment growth opportunity by external trend with industrial watch and systematic segment analysis for high potential growing segment e.g. DS (Eye health, Health from Gut), ELN (HMO), Pharm (new channel), etc. * Regular explore and indicate regional growth and marketing share mapping for subregions, channel and cross-segments by Newsletter monthly delivery. * Deliver in-depth analysis and the modelling of the data into information and provides suggestion / direction to key stakeholder by collecting customer intelligence, competitor dynamic together with consumer trends. * Ensure aggregation of business insights on regional level to make transparent to regional heads. * Work as business partner to key stakeholder / key customer and contribute constructive ideas and advice for business plan / marketing strategy suggestion; also proactively close- work with cross function team in order to deeply understand business issues and/or provide corresponding advice for solution. * As key contact window of China “data hub” role, participate and lead global relevant project / tool roll-out in local marketing if any.
