Job Description

Job Summary

61 To work with the Managing Director, department heads, regional business development staff and the international desks in Knight Frank to plan, implement and strategically manage the promotion of our office services to clients.

61 To continually improve the quality and range of services within the department’s scope of business.

61 To meet goals and objectives of the office strategy and solutions department, with the ultimate purpose of contributing to the expansion and profitability of the Knight Frank business in Shanghai, China and the region.

61 Completed annual KPIs which agreed with both you and the Company is part of your job responsibility.


Responsibilities

Consultant Function
To ensure that we deliver the best office service in Shanghai to all clients all the time:
61 Receive enquiries from clients and ensure that you understand their needs
61 Hiring / Prospect development
61 Keep in regular contact with clients at all times including advising them of progress
61 Prepare shortlist of suitable properties for clients to review in accordance with their requirements and budget
61 Arrange and conduct property inspections with clients
61 Coordinate with business development team
61 Negotiate for properties on behalf of clients
61 Prepare lease contracts
61 Ensure invoices are accurately prepared and sent
61 Participate in monthly regional Business Development calls with key TR leads in AP, Europe and U.S.
61 Travel to BJG/HK as necessary to participate in Global Corporate Service and Regional Tenant Rep.
61 Attend weekly office services meetings to discuss existing and prospects.

Sales and Marketing Function
61 Working with the Office Strategy & Solutions department head, business development team and the marketing department, to assist in the implementation and delivery of specific departmental marketing campaigns to predetermined recipients in China.
61 To set up meetings and presentations with new and existing clients through telephone calls, email or other communication channels.
61 To make presentations to clients.
61 To secure instructions from clients.





Leadership Management
As a team leader, providing leadership and guidance to team staff to achieve agreed sales and profitability targets.

Database Management
To update and increase database contacts and input related information of properties and tenants onto the client contacts management system in the office.

Central Filing System
Working with the department head, to maintain and keep up to date the filing system for all work in the Shanghai office.

Departmental Marketing Tools
To ensure that all documents produced by Knight Frank Shanghai, whether internal or external, are in accordance with documented policies and are consistent with the message that the company is trying to convey about our mission and vision. To ensure that clients receive a consistent and professional image of the Company.


Person Specification

61 At least 10 years relevant working experience
61 Bachelor degree or above
61 Team management experience preferred
61 Proficient in both Chinese and English communication skills
61 Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship
61 Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT with detailed and clear work plan
61 Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
