JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
85 Product Risk Management ：
1. To conduct the new product preliminary evaluation on safety risk and advise the improvement if any during product development.
2. To conduct in-house test, such as mechanical, physical and buoyancy test during product development.
3. To create the technical specification protocols and or update the product warning, package warning and instruction manual according to product risk.
85 Vendor and Production Management:
1. To train the factories on the customer requirement and regulation compliance.
2. To conduct factory quality pre-audit to evaluate if the potential factory follows customer requirements.
3. To conduct the in-line and outgoing inspection.
4. To check and approve the FEP and Final QC referenced sample.
5. The factories sustainability intuitive on energy saving, reduction of CO2 emission and reporting.
6. To initiate CAPA and Follow up if any test, inspection, or auditing failures.
85 Test Management:
1. To check and confirm the applicable Protocols for products with third labs regularly.
2. To request the test sample as per Test Specification Protocols.
3. To check and arrange sample with labs for test.
4. To follow the customer on site sample pick-up for test.
5. To Follow the test progress and report the result.
6. To support the accountant to verify each third-party service for payment settlement.
85 Customer Satisfaction Management:
1. To conduct customer return investigation for improvement.
2. To conduct customer return -Quality Incident Report (CAPA) for major and critical complaint and improvement.
85 Shipping documents preparation:
1. To prepare Children Product Certificates as part of shipping document.
Qualification and requirement:
1. Fluent in English both written and oral.
2. Familiar with one of Children Products, Toys with related standards (ASTM F963/EN71/CPSIA) is necessary.
3. More than 5-year working experience in Quality Assurance and or Quality Control related field is necessary, third-party lab experience and working experiences for EU and USA market in inflatable industry and swimming equipment will be a plus.
4. The Position require frequently travel to the factory.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Initiative-taking and must be able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
