Responsibility
61 Receive & Process orders accurately and efficiently in SAP.
61 Prepare the paperwork for the import and export custom clearance.
61 Co-ordinate the supply of orders in liaison with customers, freight carriers, warehouse and Sun manufacturing locations, ensuring that customer orders are shipped and delivered in line with expectations.
61 Deal with customers in a professional, helpful and efficient manner.
61 Plant Production planning.
61 Review and updated safety stock level for both finished goods and raw materials.
61 Respond effectively to changing priorities.

Qualification
61 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
61 Able to communicate both written and verbally in English.
61 Able to plan and prioritize to meet deadlines.
61 Good IT skills.
61 Experience of ERP systems.
61 Flexible approach and ability to meet deadlines.
