KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Schedule management and coordination: Arrange meetings, travel, receptions, and other matters according to the CEO's schedule. Develop and update the CEO's personal schedule to ensure all tasks are carried out on time. 2. Decision support and project follow-up: Assist the CEO in making strategic decisions, provide data analysis and market research support. Follow up on the progress of important projects, ensure that they proceed as planned, and report to the CEO in a timely manner. 3. Administrative Affairs Management: Responsible for the procurement, distribution, and management of office supplies, participating in various procurement plans of the company, assisting employees in reimbursement, and ensuring the normal work needs of employees. 4. Communication and coordination: As a bridge between the CEO and various departments within the company, external partners, and customers, ensuring smooth information flow. Assist the CEO in handling urgent matters and coordinating resources to solve problems. 5. Other job affairs: According to the requirements of the CEO, handle other temporary and unexpected affairs
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in administrative management, business management, English, or related fields. 2. At least 2years of relevant work experience, with a background in well-known enterprises or multinational corporations preferred. 3. Proficient in various office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc. 4. Having excellent English speaking and writing skills, able to communicate fluently with international teams. 5. Have good time management and multitasking skills. 6. Outgoing personality, proactive, with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
