Job Description: - Set standards for HR school operations in line with organizational goals - Develop HR policies and programs in compliance with organizational standards, school operation needs, legal and market practices - Provide guidance and support in communicating and implementing HR policies and programs at school level - Audit School HR operations to ensure compliance and delivery of high-quality HR services - Coordinate course of action to facilitate synergy between Corporate and School HR operations - Administer a range of HR projects, initiatives, and programs in support of school operation excellence - Review outcomes of HR policies and programs to evaluate effectiveness and devise plans for advancement
Requirements: - Broad experience in operation management within or beyond HR function - Solid knowledge of employment and labor law - Solid experience in communicating effectively in a cross-cultural environment - Able to identify and resolve problems in a practical and efficient manner - Able to engage and drive teamwork with a strong ethic for excellence and focus on outcome - Able to make clear and comprehensive plans and adapt in changing circumstances - Professionally fluent in English and Chinese - Growth mindset
