Position Summary: This position is responsible to enhance HR Information System (HRIS) including data maintenance, quality control and system improvement, new system set-up and consolidation implementation, reports and other service delivery to support HR Shared Service Center and to provide professional HR service to all users in North Asia Region. Job Responsibilities: 1. Enhance HR information system (HRIS) (30%) - To enhance existing HRIS to ensure efficient operation and smooth internal procedure; - Quick adaption and solutions to system improvement, policy update and organization development; - To be link between users and system as consultant. Translate user requests to IT solutions with thinking of both HR efficiency and system effectiveness; - To manage system authorization in effective ways to ensure right access for different users; - To work with corporate SAP HCM consolidation project team for global SAP HCM consolidation implementation and data migration; - To work with corporate SAP Success Factor project team for Employee Central module set-up; 2. Upgrade HR reporting and data management (20%) - To design and deliver various HR reporting to HRBPs, Hub HRs and business to support business decision. Insights and value-added observations are expected with visualization; - To monitor data quality to achieve data alignment and consistency among different HR systems and platforms; - To ensure HR data security and confidentiality as high priority. 3. Optimize employee service (20%) - To enlarge service catalog of data center to different users; - To promote HR share service and ESS portal; - To set up various service channels with new technology or media for efficient service delivery and good employee experience; - To be agile to customer needs. 4. Accelerate HR digitalization (20%) - To extend and facilitate HR digitalization in different HR processes and service; - To proactively introduce and apply new tools in daily work scenarios; - To stay abreast of new technologies and market trends. To use new technologies to improve HR efficiency and optimize employee experience in lifecycle; 5. Participate in other HR Shared Service Center projects.(10%) Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. At least 5 years HR experience in MNC organization with HRIS experience, SAP HR knowledge is a must; 3. Data sensitive and solid analytical ability; 4. Project management and risk control ability; 5. High accountability and integrity; 6. Customer value-added mindset, solution oriented and team cooperative; 7. Good MS office skill and new technology knowledge; 8. Good command of English.
