Main tasks and responsibilities: 1 Will be part of Global Technical Sales team led by Technical Sales Director 2 Responsible for generating proposals independently most of the time working with guidance from Technical Sales Director 3 Study customer’s specifications: review, interpret, understand, and identify bid requirements. 4 Prepare complete deliverables for the full technical proposal producing simulations, material balance and utility requirements, Process Flow Diagrams, equipment sizing and design, Capital Cost Estimation 5 Attend customer proposal review meetings as needed, presenting the technical details as required. 6 Support commercial sales team based in China with technical inputs for customer sales visits and travel with them as and when needed. 7 Develop opportunities with a focus on increasing market share and identifying new opportunities for Sulzer; 8 Correct usage and timely update of CRM tool 9 Drive the company’s risk management process for quoted opportunities 10 Deliver Order intake results to meet annual targets. Job Requirements Education requirements: 1 Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering / Business or Equivalent.
Job experience: 1 5 to 8 years of experience in refinery, petrochemical, and downstream industry with basic understanding of process configuration 2 Proficient with process simulation and design software’s like PROII, HYSYS, Aspen Plus etc. 3 The ideal candidate has relevant sales experience in licensing and is passionate about technology, customer relationships, and results.
Knowledge requirements (professional, technical, language): 1 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Fluent in English, other languages are a plus 2 Good negotiation and influencing skills.
