RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategy Planning 61 Help leadership team build corporate strategy including channel, product, lever etc. 61 Participate and contribute in annual business planning process, regular business review, go-to-market strategy, investment discussion 61 Reading business data to find opportunity and risk 61 Build internal capability to Collect/Organize/Release market intelligence like macroeconomics, industry trends, key competitor moves on a routine basis. Project Management 61 Responsible for co-identifying corporate key projects and planning the project structure including project plan, resources, key milestones 61 Lead iconic projects which is complicated, cross functional by making project plan, managing resources, leveraging cross function to execution 61 Responsible for ensuring that all business deliverables are identified and accounted for in the project plan with responsibility and due dates 61 Typical project topics include, but not limited to, business strategy, retail strategy, operation optimization, change management, business transition and etc. QUALIFICATIONS: 1) Required knowledge, skills & abilities: 61 Strong both English and Chinese presentation and communication skills to management cross function projects 61 Excellent strategy, financial and business analysis skills 61 A quick learner who is proactive and able to work under pressure 61 Proven delivery track records 61 Ability to influence and drive changes. 61 Flexible and be able to handle ad-hoc situations 2) Minimum Education Level 61 Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, business management 61 Leading universities are preferred 3) Experience Required 61 At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in project management 61 Experience working in corporate strategy department is preferred 61 Consultant background is preferred 61 Ability to get key information in massive data 61 Apparel, retail background is preferred 61 Online business experience is plus
