· Ensure marketing campaign impacts sales

· Provide store employee with effective sales training, high quality customer service techniques and product knowledge. Improve the efficiency and productivity of all operation tasks

Personnel Planning and Administration

· Leads effort to recruit and retain talents external and internally at all levels in the store

· Manages, implements and monitor all training programs. Develop key talents ready for different opportunities that can support company in short term and long-range strategy

· Ensures all Gap Personnel Policies and Procedures are implemented and enforced throughout the district

· Administers performance programs, including performance appraisals and progressive discipline

· Assesses store morale and resolves problems

Expense Control
开支控制
· Monitors all store expenses & payrolls for district. Instructs and assists store management in expense & payroll planning and control. Recommends corrective action for expense accounts and develops expense & payroll saving ideas and programs from a P&L perspective

Loss Prevention

· Ensure provide a safe and fair working environment to all employee

· Ensure store standard are up to all compliance requirements

· Leads district effort to reduce shortage and enforce and increase awareness of Loss Prevention Policies and Procedures

· Monitors store shortage performance and recommends corrective actions as required

· Conducts Loss Prevention training as needed

· Ensures accurate cash and credit transaction, discount, refund, and deposit procedures

Store Maintenance

· Monitors compliance with store maintenance policies and procedures, and recommends corrective action as required.

New Store Openings
新店铺开业
· Plans new store opening activities and plans personnel transfers as required. Completes pre-opening checklist.
计划新店开业活动,需要时安排人员转岗。完成开业前检查清单的项目。

Miscellaneous

· Ensures DM audit procedures are completed in a timely manner.
确保及时完成区域经理审核程序。
· Completes special projects as assigned by the RM.

· Advances job knowledge and management skills by reading and attending training and development programs.

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS
组织关系:

· Supervises Store Managers and any specialized management positions
监督店铺经理和特定管理层职位
· Interfaces with District, Regional, and Corporate personnel (e.g., Operations, Finance, Merchandising, and Human Resources).

QUALIFICATIONS
任职资格:

1) Required knowledge, skills & abilities: Outstanding at business acumen, driving results and problem solving. Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, training,
operations and visual merchandising. Excellent communication, delegation, follow-up, and analytical skills. Regarded as a leader among peers.
知识、技能和能力要求:具有商业头脑,缔造成绩和解决问题能力。熟悉招聘、培训、运营和视觉陈列等各环节。出色的沟通、分配、跟进和分析技能。被同事公认为领导人。
2) Minimum educational level: High school graduate or equivalent College degree preferred.
最低学历要求:高中毕业或同等学历。大专文凭优先。
3) Experience required: 3-5 years of retail management experience, big-box experience is highly appreciated, with proven ability to direct activities at all levels.
所需经验:3~5年零售管理经验,大型零售连锁公司工作经验优先,且有能力指导各个层级的活动。
4) Physical Requirements: Require a lot of travels
