Be responsible for the whole recruiting process, including but not limited to:
1. Post and refresh jobs, and manage recruitment channels; 2. Direct sourcing for suitable candidates and screen resumes from all channels; 3. Pre-talk and arrange interviews, such as phone interview, sending interview invitations, collecting interview feedback, etc., to ensure an orderly and efficient recruitment process; 4. Assist in interview, offer negotiation, and follow-ups; 5. Maintain and update recruitment related documents and collect monthly recruitment data; 6. Assist line manager and department to carry out recruitment-related activities, such as annual university recruitment, competitions and other relevant work; 7. Complete other work assigned by line manager;

Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree, major in human resources is preferred; 2. Recruiting experience in chip industry is preferred; 3. Proficient in English writing and listening and passed CET-6.
