工作职责：
1. Company Connected System implementation, configuration, maintenance, updating and problem solving. 公司系统实施、配置、维护、更新和问题解决
2. According to the requirements and processes of the business department, configure settings and parameters of system. 根据业务部门的需求和流程，进行系统的配置和参数调整
3. Monitor the status of the system, identify and solve problems in time. 监控系统的运行状态，及时发现并解决问题
4. Provide technical support for users, record and analyze common problems, and provide reference for system improvement. 为用户提供技术支持，记录并分析常见问题，为系统完善提供参考
5. Communicate with business departments, optimize and improve user experience and efficiency based on user feedback and business needs. 与各业务部门沟通，根据用户反馈和业务需求，进行优化和改进，提高用户体验和效率
6. Archive and update system documents, create and update user manuals and other documents. 归档和更新系统文档，编写和更新用户手册等文档
7. Organize regular user training. 组织定期的用户培训
8. Other work assigned by superior and company. 上级领导及公司分派的其他工作

任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology or relevant major 计算机科学，信息技术及相关专业，本科
2. At least 3 years experience in enterprise application system development and support 具备3年以上企业应用系统开发和支持经验
3. Familiar with at least one programming language such as Java or Python 熟悉Java、Python等至少一门编程语言
4. Familiar with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, Redis, MongoDB 熟悉MySQL、Redis、MongoDB等关系型及非关系型数据库
5. Familiar with data exchange formats such as XML, JSON 熟悉XML、JSON等数据交换格式
6. Familiar with the basic configuration and management operations of OS such as Windows and Linux 熟悉Windows、Linux等操作系统的基本配置和管理操作
7. Strong learning ability, communication and coordination ability, good problem analysis and solving skills, strong initiative in work, good team spirit 具有较强的学习能力和沟通协调能力，良好的问题分析和解决能力，工作主动性强, 具有良好的团队合作精神
8. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills 拥有良好的英语听说读写能力
9. Proficient at MS office products 熟练使用办公软件
10. Good mental and physical conditions 良好的身心健康状况
