Key Accountabilities
Be responsible for IFP China trade marketing execution plans and campaigns across all channels and categories. Identify business opportunities and design channel/ category strategies based on solid data analysis insights, and also manage & control the channel investments to empower the sales team performance improvements. This role is super critical as need to manage 100M+ RMB trade budget control and ROIs.
Be accountable for e-Commerce, NKA, region/ LKA/ distribution and also KCP B2B business channel strategies by focusing on product portfolio, pricing and promotion, and also the activation of these strategies. Closely partnership with all channel sales heads to develop the execution plan, review and evaluate the results to ensure high quality and efficiencies. Closely partnership with marketing and supply chain team to make sure all product launch, trade marketing campaigns will be executed smoothly and successfully, with a solid planning, communication and review skills.
Plan, manage and control the trade promotion budget (>100M RMB/year), need make sure all budget are under control with improving ROIs based on data tracking and reviews. Other assigned tasks from direct line manager
Qualification Education Background - Bachelor degree or above (Must). Key Experience - At least 3-5 years’ experience of FMCG trade marketing activation, with deep understanding of different online and offline channels and operating models (Must) - Experience with NKAs and e-Commerce (preferred) - Working experiences in MNCs and insurgent brands (Nice-to-have).
Functional/Business skills - Strong accountability, leadership, self-motivated with a sense of ownership, a willingness to learn, a strong desire to succeed, and a result-oriented mindset person, with strong problem solving and communication skills (Must). - Ability to plan business based on data analysis and insights (Must)
Others (Language/ Certificates, etc) - Good in English writing and speaking, good at presentation/ PPT/ Excel and other office software.
