Duties and responsibilities: 1. To maintain and improve the current customer relationships 2. Try to fulfill all customers demands in both services and quick responses on enquiries 3. Responsible to provide quotation, order and contract to customers 4. Responsible for SO management , coordinate with other departments to ensure products on time delivery 5. Assist sales & financial dept. in AR process 6. Participate with phone calls and market researches for new customer developing 7. Marketing material in collaboration with headquarter. Participate to bearing market fairs and eventually travel for visiting customers. 8. Other tasks arranged by company
Qualification: 1. Min. 3 years working experiences in customer service 2. Positive, optimistic with high awareness in customer service 3. Good communication skills with fluent English both in oral and writing 4. Quick learner and responsible worker, able to work independently under working pressure
