Job description: Be responsible for local product management work of Gear Box-CST including but not limited to the followings:
1. Contribute to the formation and execution of Product Go-To-Market Strategy - Acquiring and analyzing market intelligence, industry trends and customer needs - Product market positioning - Go-To-Market channel, and pricing system - Involve in product market business development - Product sales & marketing performance follow-up
2. Product Life Cycle management - Plan and execute product development, localization, improvement - Management for product development and improvement.
3. Product market promotion - Planning and executing product market promotion - Managing product market promotion materials - Keep communication with related industry and execute product promotion.
4. Sales support - Training of local sales (including distributors) on products, applications and competitive market situation. - Conduct customer visits and technical communication with local sales. - Support local sales in the production of CST technical solutions and related technical documents. - Participate in the coordination and handling of after-sales CST products and customer complaints. - Collaborate with global CST product managers for technical support of overseas sales units.
Requirement: Basic qualifications: - Mechanical Engineering or Marketing related dual bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree - Business Proficiency in Mandarin and English - 3 years or plus, Product management work experience in industrial field;
Preferred qualifications: - Experience, knowledge and skills in belt conveyor design and gearbox product design.
