OE Strategy & Product Management: 61 Technical & Commercial responsibility of OE-PC product portfolio 61 Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, and translate insights into actionable plans. 61 Strategic development of OE-PC product portfolio 61 Manage and develop the sales documents such as catalogue, brochure, leaflet, giving away gifts etc. 61 Be the GVP (Growth Validation Process) internal Coach in China
OE Marketing: 61 Intelligence : Drive marketing intelligence & digitalization to support business leader making strategic decisions 61 Trade & Product Marketing: Develop and excute comprehensive marketing activities to enhance new product visibility and drive business growth. Design and execute traditional marketing campaigns such as, events, and direct mail to reach a wider customer base and build brand awareness. .
Corporate Marketing & Public Affairs: 61 Design and manage internal communication channels such as newsletters, intranet announcements, and staff meetings to keep employees informed about company news, policies, and projects. 61 Design and manage external communication channels such as Social Media, Website. 61 Develop and manage CSR activities. 61 Create awareness MANN+HUMMEL company in China. 61 Develop and manage media relations strategies, including pitching stories, arranging interviews, and responding to media inquiries. 61 Write and edit press releases, media statements, and other communication materials to ensure accurate and positive representation of the organization.
61 Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, business management or a related field; Master’s degree preferred; 61 Minimum 8 years work experience in automotive or general industry as Marketing Manager; position with direct responsibility for all marketing activities; 61 In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tools, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning; 61 Strong leadership and steam management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve challenging goals; 61 Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions; 61 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; 61 Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns. 61 Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines; 61 Willingness to travel; 61 Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
