RESPONSIBILITIES 61 Manages relationships to customers and initiates/ aligns on customer related activities. 61 Identifies and develops new customers / new applications for established products and customer projects. 61 Prepares, negotiates, and manages offers and contracts in cooperation with the corresponding experts. 61 Executes business and pricing strategy. 61 Plans and forecasts sales. 61 Initiates customer complaint management, follows up these complaints and manages them towards customers. 61 Collects and analyzes information on customers, competitors, regulations, drivers, and trends in China.
