此岗位汇报线是外国同事,需要英文可以作为工作语言 Summary: The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing opportunities for liquid cooling of electronics applications. This position will work closely with our customers and channel partners in mainland China, with a focus in southern China; Guangdong province and Shanghai area. This position will collaborate with our Application Development Managers, Application Engineers, and the greater thermal business unit to drive growth in all thermal markets. This remote, home-based position reports directly to the Global Sales Manager, Thermal; who is located in Arden Hills, MN, USA. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following: 61 Manage large accounts including the creation and maintenance of account plans that align with the thermal management strategies 61 Build strong relationships and networking with partners, influencers and strategic customers. 61 Collaborate with global business development team and application development team to support global customers and win specifications 61 Work with partners to identify and develop new opportunities for all liquid cooling of electronics applications. 61 Negotiate and manage business and pricing agreements and contracts 61 Conduct regular product training and information sessions for partners and end customers. 61 Develop strategies for penetration, expansion, and adoption of our products in the Thermal Management network. 61 Perform Voice of Customer (VOC) and establish customer needs; competitive advantages, and opportunities to position/reposition products to maximize market penetration. 61 Leverage CRM to manage opportunities, application details and large account management. 61 Actively participate in Thermal Management events and trade shows. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 61 Bachelor’s Degree Business, Marketing, Engineering or related business, science or engineering degree (technical degree preferred) 61 5+ years in customer facing technical or sales roles. 61 Fluent and effective written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English. 61 Solid negotiating skills. 61 Exceptional project management skills. 61 Ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organizations including specifying engineers, purchasing, and upper management. 61 Professional self-starter who thrives in working in an autonomous environment. 61 Must have strong time management skills 61 A solid sales acumen, with the ability to promote “value.” 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer centric mentality. 61 Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal groups and external customers. 61 Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain formal programs for large account management. 61 Experience with CRM programs. 61 Ability to leverage social media. Travel: 61 Up to 75%, primarily Guangdong province and Shanghai area, but will cover all of mainland China.
