Job Summary:
岗位职责:
This position generates new business by managing business relationships between UPS and designated Enterprise Accounts and conversion accounts . He/She executes business plans by meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals. This position leads service and sales activities across UPS's portfolio of products and services including; Freight, Forwarding, and Distribution. He/She drives global business growth through solution development, customer-facing communications, contract development, value creation, and negotiation. This position obtains knowledge about market/competitors’ movement through customers interaction/conversation then feedback to internal to enhance/develop UPS solutions that support the market competitiveness.

Responsibilities:
职责:
1. Maintains contract compliance and renewal process to ensure elements of contracts are being followed and negotiated by both UPS and the customer.

2. Maintains and monitors customer information and account performance data for Freight, Forwarding and Distribution to track sales performance against sales objectives.
维护和跟进Freight, Package, and Forwarding and Distribution客户信息和账号数据,实时了解销售绩效与销售目标的对比情况。
3. Hunt new qualified key account business across the APAC region.
在亚太地区开展新的重要客户的业务。
4. Utilizes business information and analysis reporting tools to assess account performance analysis.
运用业务信息和分析报告工具进行账号绩效分析。
5. Monitors and tracks competitors’ movement through customer conversation to gain competitive intelligence to be used in engaging prospects and customers.
市场敏锐度高,获取最新信息与动态,与潜在客户和现有客户积极沟通。

Qualifications:
任职资格:

Experience in sales – Preferred
销售经验- 优先
Finance Knowledge – Preferred
财务经验-优先
Negotiation skills – Preferred
谈判技巧 - 优先

Requirements
要求:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, Business, or relevant discipline. Master’s Degree or MBA will be a plus;
学士学位及以上,专业包括供应链管理、物流、市场营销、工商或相关学科。优先考虑硕士学位或MBA学历;

2. Over 5 years of management experience in the logistics industry, with extensive experience in SCS, Freight、Forwarding and warehouse operations.
在物流行业有着5年以上的管理工作经验,并且有SCS, Freight Forwarding and warehouse相关工作经验;

3. Proven track record of increasing sales against plan objectives in previous assignments;
在过往的工作中实现增长销售与计划目标的业绩记录;

4. Strong English presentation ability.
很强的英语表达能力。
