Job Summary
Report to the Senior Manager, Sales Force Excellence, with a dotted line to the General Manager, iTero China. Collaborate with relevant departments or cross-functional teams to understand key business issues, providing insights and recommendations to maximize opportunities and foster sustainable growth. Prepare routine SFE and data analysis reports. Lead and promote SFE tools and projects to drive salesforce effectiveness in alignment with company and department objectives.

Job Description
Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
Sales Analysis and Management
61 Collect and Organize Data relevant to sales performance analysis and conduct Data to report or Analysis Tool
61 Introduce Salesforce/PBI system to Sales team effectively and follow up approach to target, collect feedback from sales team
61 Follow up Sales Team’s sales objectives and activities in SFDC including target setting achievements, events Records
61 Carrying out ongoing evaluation of sales force effectiveness, educating sales force in SFE benefit realization
61 Conduct data analysis activities to support business planning, including territory allocation, sales target allocation, budget analysis and allocation, AOP Strategy Forming, Sales team productivity, Performance comments,expense monitor and control etc.
61 Accomplish sales team Annual and Quarterly KPI goal setting and review
Performance and KPI Incentive Scheme
61 Provide analytical and communication support to SFE Head in performance and KPI incentive policy calculation for BU/Region
61 Calculate incentive pay out for field force of BUs on quarterly base
61 Conduct analysis on incentive pay-out to review and monitor overall field force performance and incentive effectiveness on quarterly and annual basis
61 Support policy review sessions with BUs to discuss key findings and potential improvements
Others
61 Provide training to BU/Region team on incentive plan to ensure accurate and consistent understanding of incentive policy across the organizations
61 Complete other assignments from manager

Requirements
61 Meticulous and responsible
61 Expert in Excel and VBA, PowerPoint, Word, and overall computer and computer organizational skills Takes initiative
61 Understand in Power BI and Power Pivot
61 Good Data management and analysis skills
61 Skills of project management and good cross-functional communication
61 Results and Action Oriented
61 Strong time management skills
61 Sharp business acumen
61 High logicality with quick learning capabilities and a good work ethic
61 High level of personal & business integrity and can work under pressure in a rapid growing environment
61 Able to manage multi-tasking and deadline simultaneously

Education [Degree or equivalent experience]
61 Bachelor Degree, major in economics or statistics a plus
61 Over 4 years' years’ relevant data analysis experience, experience in SFE branch from pharma or medical device industry is preferred
61 Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking
