Position summary: This role supports Strategic Marketing Director to drive market analysis, executes marketing strategies, and manages the product life cycle to enhance Stryker’s market share and influence. Key responsibilities include communicating with cross-functional teams, developing marketing and pricing strategies, and planning product launches. It will also have impact on commercial strategy development and business growth fulfillment with an emphasis on portfolio-level insights and collaboration across teams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Market Intelligence/Competitor Intelligence: 61 Plan and implement marketing research to well depict market and competitor dynamics, set up and maintain corporate level quarterly tracking dashboard to support business growth and expansion 61 Participate in strategic recommendations to maintain a competitive edge in the market 61 Participant in market segmentation and targeting strategies development to identify key customer segments and growth areas Business Analysis and Portfolio Management: 61 Work closely with BU marketing teams to identify key business challenges and new growth opportunities, initiating and executing strategic projects to support business growth 61 Analyze corporate portfolio strengths and weaknesses with break down into segment level, and align with region and global team to develop portfolio enhancement plans Strategy Planning and Business Development: 61 Support BUs and corporate to develop long/mid-term growth plans and short-term annual marketing plan 61 Collaborate closely with downstream marketing team to define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing product lines. 61 Collaborate with region and global BD team to identify local business development opportunities, aiming to improve China portfolio offerings and drive China growth Education & Experience: 61 University degree or above required, MBA preferred 61 Candidates with a major in or relevant to medicine preferred 61 5 years or above product management/strategic planning experience required 61 At least eight years’ experience in marketing role within medical device or pharmaceutical industry. 61 A proven track record in developing and administering marketing programs Physical & Mental Requirements: 61 Outstanding strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities 61 Excellent analytical and project management skills 61 Good English communication both in oral and written 61 Result driven 61 Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization 61 Strong communication and strategy shaping capability is a must have
