工作职责:
1.1 Responsible for WWW workshop assembly task plan , complete the task schedule with good quality.
1.1 负责WWW车间泵的装配任务安排，进度控制及汇报，保质保量完成任务
1.2 Monitor operator work according to the process requirement and other related standards.
1.2监督下属操作员工依据工艺及相关标准进行作业
1.3 Problems solving and trouble-shooting timely, key problems timely report to direct supervisor, NCR tracking.
1.3 现场一般问题的快速协调解决，及时向直线主管汇报重点问题，对NCR返工过程中的跟踪协调处理
1.4 The advice of continuous improvement for workshop and its implementation.
1.4 对车间的持续改善建议及实施
1.5 Performance review, evaluation monthly for the subordinates.
1.5 对下属员工的月度奖金绩效考核,按照公司制度和车间管理制度对车间员工进行奖励、惩罚
1.6 Responsible for production line 5S/EHS management, to ensure that the site clean, tidy, protect the workshop environment and occupational health and safety of employees.
1.6 负责产线的5S/EHS管理工作，确保现场清洁、整齐，保护车间环境及员工的职业健康及安全
1.7 Work with quality department to ensure production activities to compliance with quality guidelines and policies, improve employee quality sense.
1.7根据公司质量部门的要求，配合车间质检人员作好员工的质量培训，提高员工的质量意识
1.8 Equipment&tools &&fixture maintenance and management regularly.
1.8根据企业对设备和工装管理之要求，切实抓好设备及工装维护保养工作，定期组织保养检查
1.9 Employees coaching, training and appraisal to improve their multi-skills.
1.9 对下属员工的辅导，培训，以满足多技能工需要
任职资格:
1. Special secondary school or above. 具有中专以上学历
2. More than 5 years' pump machininguassembly experience, 2 years' workshop management experience. 五年以上泵金工装配经验，两年以上车间主管经验
3. Familiar with office software, must be able to read blueprints. 熟悉office 办公软件，能看懂机械图纸
4. Team spirit, Responsibility,problem solving skills, customer and result orientated philosophy, safe management, 5S/EHS management, Acting. 团队协作、责任心、问题解决能力，客户导向；安全管理，5S/EHS管理，执行力
5. Be able to search the related standard in the IMS. 会查询公司一体化管理体系里面的相关标准和规范
