Quality Manager / 质量经理 1. Maintain the quality management system according to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17029, CNCA, CMA, authorities (e.g. SASO, GSO etc.), accreditation bodies (e.g. CNAS, IAS, GAC etc.) and the company. 根据ISO/IEC 17025，ISO/IEC 17020，ISO/IEC 17065，ISO/IEC 17029，CNCA，CMA，认可机构（例如CNAS, IAS, GAC等等），授权官方机构（例如SASO, GSO等等）和公司的要求维护质量管理体系。 2. Co-ordinate activities and perform duties relating to quality assurance and laboratory, inspection body and certification body accreditation. 协调和实施跟质量保证，以及实验室、检验机构、认证机构、核查机构的认可相关的活动。 3. Provide support as auditee company representative in the routine quality audit programs. 作为受审方公司代表，在常规质量审核程序中提供支持。 4. Co-ordinate internal quality audit programs within the company. 在公司内部协调质量审核程序。 5. Maintain and update the quality management system documentation so as to make it show the real practices of the company. 维护和更新质量管理体系文件，以使其体现公司真实的运营情况。 6. Work with Business Department Manager to maintain and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of company operations. 与业务部门经理一起维护和改进公司运营的有效性和效率。 7. Organize the participation of proficiency test. 组织参加能力验证活动。 8. Arrange external calibration schedule, coordination of external calibration of equipment. 安排外部校准日程，协调设备的外部校准。 9. Assist in manpower planning, training and developments of subordinates. Ensure the subordinates can receive appropriate training periodically for them to fulfil their respective job duties. Appraise subordinate performance. 协助下属的人力规划、培训和发展。确保下属能够定期接受适当的培训，以履行各自的职责。评估下属的表现。 10. Perform other job-related assignments as required. 其他与工作相关的任务。 【任职要求】 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry, food, materials, science and engineering disciplines will be preferred. 本科学历及以上，具有化学、食品、材料及理工科背景优先。 2. At least 6 years’ working experience in Quality Assurance working experience in Testing, Inspection and Certification industry or related area. 6年以上测试、检验和认证行业或相关领域工作经验。 3. Knowledge and experience on quality system as ISO/IEC 17025 and/or ISO/IEC 17020 or ISO/IEC 17065. 具备ISO/IEC 17025 和（或）ISO/IEC 17020和（或）ISO/IEC 17065质量体系的知识和工作经验。 4. Preferably have relevant experience working and/or studying abroad. Knowledge of English, written and spoken. 具有在海外工作或者学习等相关经验者，优先考虑；良好的英文听说读写能力。 5. Be good at self-learning, positive working attitude. 良好的自学能力，积极的工作态度。 6. Good communication and interpersonal skills, and team work. 良好的沟通能力以及团队合作精神。
