61 Supplier Relationships and Management:
o Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring they are aware of and aligned with RBA guidelines.
o Regularly review supplier performance in terms of sustainability, ethics, and compliance.
o Implement corrective actions for any identified issues in the supply chain.
o Provide support and training to suppliers on RBA compliance and sustainability practices.
61 Compliance and Reporting:
o Monitor and ensure compliance with RBA's Code of Conduct, covering areas such as labor practices, health and safety, environmental standards, and ethical business practices.
o Ensure proper documentation and reporting of supplier audits and assessments.
o Stay updated on global regulations, industry standards, and sustainability initiatives that affect sourcing practices.
61 Risk Management:
o Assess and mitigate supply chain risks related to labor, environment, and governance.
o Help identify and address any potential risks in the supply chain related to the sourcing of materials and products.
61 Sustainability Integration:
o Collaborate with sustainability teams to integrate responsible sourcing strategies into the overall business strategy.
o Help promote and support initiatives related to circularity, carbon footprint reduction, and ethical product lifecycle management.
Key Qualifications:
61 Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Environmental Studies, or a related field. Advanced certifications in sustainability or responsible sourcing are a plus.
61 Experience:
o Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on ethical sourcing or sustainability.
o Familiarity with the RBA Code of Conduct and industry best practices for responsible sourcing.
o Experience with supplier audits and assessments, particularly in the areas of labor rights, environmental impact, and ethical business practices.
61 Skills:
o Strong understanding of sustainability principles and compliance regulations.
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships.
o Ability to analyze complex data and produce detailed reports.
o Familiarity with supply chain management tools and systems.
o Familiarity with supply chain digital solutions.
