What we are looking for:



* Experience / Background: We are looking for an experienced candidate with
around5 – 6 years of experience in Indirect procurement / Sourcing, in an
international environment, and preferred in the manufacturing industry etc..
* Category Management: Good experience in category management, Sub-Category
strategies developing/implementation/refresh etc., Project management, etc..
* Competency: Ability to continuously drive and deliver the Year-over-Year
performance for the assigned sub-category(ies). Ability to drive from one raw
initiative to transform and realize the value; Able to lead and deliver complex
projects.
* Supplier Relationship Management: Experience with sound Supplier
relationship management skills.
* Stakeholder Management. Sound stakeholder management skills and ability to
drive initiatives at country or region level in a matrix organization.
* Commercial Mindset: Good commercial mindset with a focus on achieving
cost-effective solutions in collaboration with all concerning parties.
* Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiator with the ability to manage
multiple stakeholders.
* Communication Skills: Efficient communication skills, both written and
spoken, in English.
* Drive and Curiosity: Can-do spirit, Passionate for Excellence; Action &
Results-oriented, Positive mindset, and ability to drive to continuously
develop and reach the next level.
