Key responsibilities 主要职责: · 协助总经理处理日常事务,包括安排日程、会议筹备和记录、文件整理和归档。 · 负责总经理的邮件、电话和访客管理,确保信息及时准确传递。 · 负责各部门之间的沟通和协调,确保信息流通和执行顺畅。 · 协助总经理与外部客户、供应商、政府机构等的沟通和联络。· · 准备和撰写各类报告、演讲稿、演示文稿和其他文书工作。 · 完成总经理交办的其他临时性任务和项目。 ·Assist the General Manager in daily affairs, including agenda scheduling, meeting preparation and recording, documentation and filing. · Responsible for the General Manager's mail, telephone and visitor management to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information. · Responsible for communication and coordination between departments to ensure smooth information flow and execution. · Assist the General Manager in communicating and liaising with external customers, suppliers, government agencies, etc. · Prepare and write various reports, speech, presentations and other paperwork. · Complete other temporary tasks and projects assigned by the General Manager.
Key requirement 资历要求 : · 本科及以上学历,工商管理、行政管理、企业管理等相关专业优先。 · 具备3年以上相关工作经验,具有跨国公司或大型企业工作经验者优先。 · 出色的沟通协调能力,能够与各级人员有效沟通。 · 优秀的组织和时间管理能力,能够高效处理多项任务。 · 熟练使用办公软件(如Microsoft Office),具备良好的书面和口头表达能力。 · 责任心强,工作细致认真,具有较强的保密意识。 · 适应能力强,能够在高压环境下工作。 · 具备团队合作精神和较强的自驱力。 · 流利的普通话,良好的英语听说读写能力。 · Bachelor degree or above, preferably in business administration, administrative management, business management and other related majors. · More than 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in multinational companies or large enterprises. · Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. · Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. · Proficient in the use of office software (e.g. Microsoft Office) with good written and verbal communication skill. · Responsible and meticulous, with a strong sense of confidentiality. · Adaptable and able to work in a high pressure environment. · Teamwork spirit and strong self-driven. · Fluent in Mandarin, good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
