岗位职责：
1.Logistics and Customer Service: Manage the transportation orders, incl. import & export and domestic orders, according to the requested delivery dates, quantities and related special requirements. The main tasks are:
a.To ensure accurate order fulfilment.
b.To ensure the timely and appropriate provision of transportation means at the respective warehousing locations.
c.To manage the order flow and processing in ERP.
d.To coordinate shipment paperwork, import & export schedule, and customs clearance paperwork.
e.Manage the third party logistic service providers, organize and ensure timely delivery of products to the customers with the right quantity and maximum safety and cost efficiency.
f.Maintain the warehouse stock quantity, checked with warehouse regularly; make sure all of data are accuracy.
g.Samples delivery including domestic and worldwide, including apply for all the necessary transportation safety certificates.
h.Dangerous and non-dangerous goods Certificates Application: Ensure compliance operation of dangerous goods, and all the certificates application and in validity.
i.Good communication: Keep good communication with suppliers/Head quarter to solve any problem might happen & assure committed delivery schedule.
2.Administration: Manage daily company's administrative operations, including office administration, transportation arrangement, stationary supplies, etc.
3.IT: To ensure the IT running smoothly coordinated with the IT from Trostberg,and the relevant IT out-contractor in Shanghai.
任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Administration.
2.Over 3-5 years’ relevant working experience. Well understand the trading business model and sufficient international trade knowledge is highly preferred.
3.At least 3 years working experience in scheduling and dispatching for domestic and import & export transportation.
4.Experience to work in an international business environment.
5.Well-organized and good documentation skills.
6.Good English skills including speaking and writing.
7.Self-initiative and good teamwork spirit.
