Job Summary
岗位职责:
This position generates new business by managing business relationships between UPS and designated Enterprise Accounts. He/She executes business plans by meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals. This position leads service and sales activity across UPS's portfolio of products and services including; Freight, Package, Forwarding, and Distribution. He/She drives global business growth through solution development, customer-facing communications, contract development, value creation, and negotiation. This position obtains knowledge about customers’ competitors to consult customers on UPS solutions that support their market competitiveness.

Responsibilities:
职责:
1. Maintains contract compliance and renewal process to ensure elements of contracts are being followed and negotiated by both UPS and the customer.
维护合同合规性、续签流程,确保UPS和客户都遵循合同的各项要求。
2. Maintains and monitors customer information and account performance data for Freight, Package, and Forwarding and Distribution to track sales performance against sales objectives.
维护和跟进Freight, Package, and Forwarding and Distribution客户信息和账号数据,实时了解销售绩效与销售目标的对比情况。
3. Utilizes business information and analysis reporting tools to assess account performance analysis.
运用业务信息和分析报告工具进行账号绩效分析。
4. Monitors and tracks competitors to gain competitive intelligence to be used in engaging prospects and customers.
市场敏锐度高,获取最新信息,与潜在客户和现有客户积极沟通。

Builds Customer high level Relationships:
建立高品质的客户关系:
1. Identifies key decision makers within customer organizations to expand business opportunities across the enterprise portfolio.
与客户的主要负责人建立良好关系,在企业内拓展业务机会。

2. Works with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive account strategies for retention, penetration and acquisition of accounts.
与内部负责人合作,制定全面的客户账号策略,保留、深入和获取账户。

Qualifications:
任职资格:
Experience in sales – Preferred
销售经验 - 优先
Finance Knowledge – Preferred
财务知识 - 优先
Negotiation skills – Preferred
谈判技巧 - 优先

Requirements
要求:
1) Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, Business, or relevant discipline. Master’s Degree or MBA will be a plus;
学士学位及以上,专业包括供应链管理、物流、市场营销、工商或相关学科。优先考虑硕士学位或MBA学历;
2) Candidate with strong experience background in life science and/or medical device/pharmaceutical industry (or related) with extensive knowledge of GMP/GSP/GDP environment and 3PL/4PL experience will be an added advantage;
优先考虑具有在生命科学和/或医疗设备/制药行业(或相关领域)的经验背景,优先考虑具有广泛的GMP/GSP/GDP环境知识和3PL/4PL经验的候选人;
3) Candidate with healthcare regulations knowledge or healthcare service experience is strongly preferred;
优先考虑具有医疗保健法规知识或医疗服务经验的候选人;
4) Familiar with ISO certification knowledge (especially ISO 13485:2003);
熟悉ISO认证知识(特别是ISO 13485:2003)。
5) Proven track record of increasing sales against plan objectives in previous assignments;
在过往的工作中实现增长销售与计划目标的业绩记录;
6) Business related travel will be required.
