New OE customers & dealers development; 负责新OE客户和渠道商的开拓;客户群体为工程机械等非路面机械客户,如过程机械,农机等客户 Maintain & deepen relationship with existing customers, pursue to win more new projects; 负责现有客户关系的保持维护和深化,追求赢得更多的新项目; In charge of handle various affairs related to business with customer, for instance: Account receivable & agreements and so on; 负责客户端各种事务的处理,例如应收账款、各类协议等; Prepare and submit various reports as requested in a timely way, for instance: Weekly customer visit report, Weekly schedule and others reports ( if any); 负责销售团队的管理和提升; Responsible for managing and improving the sales team; 按时完成市场信息的收集和其他相关交办的事项;
Requirements: 要求: Graduated from university, bachelor degree or above, good at English; 大学本科及以上学历,理工类专业毕业,英文听说读写优秀; Familiar with hydraulics market, for instance: mobile hydraulics, industrial hydraulics, wind power hydraulics; familiar with hydraulics filtration products will be a plus; 熟悉液压行业,例如:移动液压,工业液压,风电液压等;如熟悉液压过滤类产品将优先考虑; 5+years working experiences, including at least two years sales experiences; 5年及以上相关行业销售经验;2年及以上销售管理经验; Familiar with office software; good at Excel, Word, PPT , Outlook; 熟练应用办公软件;例如:Excel , Word ,PPT , Outlook; Willing to travel around China , traveling rate : around 60%-70% of working time; 适应短期出差,出差概率约为工作时间的60%-70%; Good communication skills, can work under pressure, independent business development capability; 良好的沟通能力,良好的人际关系能力,良好的承压能力,良好的独立市场开拓能力; Well professional ethics, Integrity & honesty; 良好的职业道德素养,为人正直、诚实可靠;
