Key Job Responsibilities:
61 Regional Marketing Strategy
o Under guideline of global marketing strategy, to develop and implement the Asia marketing strategy, including Environmental Stewardship (ES), to support upstream business growth and build brand identity across target audiences.
o Coordinate with the global marketing team to ensure alignment between the Asia marketing strategy and global objectives.
o Own the annual resourcing and budget plan for marketing activities in Asia.
61 Marketing Development
o Develop marketing programs and tools for our commercial team to effectively communicate the value and strength of our product and brand entity.
o Lead marketing campaigns on various platforms, such as Chinaplas, industry conferences, e-platforms, or other influential events, to profitably promote our aligned key marketing messages.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, operations, R&D, supply chain, etc.) by applying the Business Team Concept to synchronize our marketing efforts and generate impactful messages for our target audience.
o Interact with external customers to better understand their marketing needs and further develop marketing partnerships with our strategic accounts, such as those in the textile segment, to jointly promote the value of PA66 in downstream applications and support business growth strategies.
o Support environmental stewardship marketing communication in Asia, ensuring alignment with the global message.
What You Will Need:
61 5-8 years of direct marketing experience.
61 Demonstrated ability to develop successful brand and marketing strategies.
61 Experience in developing marketing campaigns including managing advertising and creative agencies.
61 Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives.
61 Strong cross-functional engagement skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
61 Fluency in English.
What Will Put You Ahead:
61 Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing.
61 Ability to develop marketing experiments that test new ideas and insights.
61 A marketing background with some commercial experience.
Additional Information:
61 Ability to travel for work up to 30%.
