Key Responsibilities
Project and Campaign Management
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of key marketing initiatives, such as the "Back to OR" project and regional promotional campaigns. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Data Management and Analysis
Collect, process, and analyze data to generate actionable insights, including monthly/quarterly reports and forecasting. Provide data-driven support to sales teams and senior management for business planning and decision-making. Sales Marketing Support
Offer tailored analytical and strategic support and drive marketing effectiveness. Assist in regional projects and special initiatives based on business priorities. Marketing Content Development
Partner with vendors to design and produce marketing materials, including KV designs, DA development, and campaign assets. OR Project Support
Contribute to the development of strategies and plans related to Operating Room (OR) projects and activities. Qualifications
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the medical industry; candidates with consumables marketing and sales experience are preferred. Hands-on experience in digital marketing and working with cross-functional teams. Skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau). Creative thinking and the ability to manage content development in collaboration with vendors. Language Proficiency
