The Channel Development Manager – Online serves as the key representative of the e-commerce channel, offering an external market perspective to inform the company’s overall business planning. This role is crucial for enhancing our digital footprint and driving e-commerce sales. The Channel Development Manager translates the category vision and brand strategies into actionable sales plans and key business development targets by customer. This role will be instrumental in building and optimizing our presence across online marketplaces, direct-to-consumer channels, and digital partnerships.

Requirement: 61 10+ years trade/channel development experience in Consumer Durables/ Automotive / FMCG companies 61 Proven results on business delivery & demand generation 61 Strategic leader with experience EXECUTING across consumer and trade touch points 61 Leader in marketing innovation, digital, ecommerce and channel strategy 61 Proven business accumen 61 Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills 61 Strong leadership and team management abilities 61 Mindset and ability as a Change Agent - able to influence through functional leadership in a matrix organization set up 61 Drive for results in a prioritized manner (balanced sense of urgency) 61 Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English & Chinese both verbal and written. 61 Ability to develop people and drive engagement.
