Specific Duties and Responsibilities: 61 Support for commercial and corporate marketing across China as directed by marketing leadership to ensure consistent brand identity. 61 Support responsibilities may include: 61 Marketing Strategy and Execution: o Assist in developing and implementing localized marketing strategies to meet business goals. o Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives 61 Content Creation and Management: o Create compelling marketing content, including brochures, flyers, technical documents, white papers, social media posts, newsletters, website updates, and giveaways, etc. o Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the local audience. o Translations English to Chinese, vice versa 61 Event Planning and Coordination: o Organize and manage events such as expos, conferences, workshops, meetings, webinars, trade shows, seminars, and product launches; on top of preparation and planning, including logistics coordination. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and maximize event impact. 61 Market Research and Analysis: o Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. o Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives. 61 Digital Marketing: o Manage social media accounts, paid advertisements, and SEO strategies tailored to the Chinese market. o Monitor website traffic and engagement metrics to drive improvements. 61 Collaboration and Communication: o Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. o Liaise with external vendors, Media advertising and publicity/PR agencies; to deliver high-quality marketing materials and services. 61 Perform any other reasonable task as assigned by Management. Position Qualifications: Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment and in an Engineering field. Skills: 61 Strong understanding of the Chinese market, culture, and consumer/Industrial behavior. 61 Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Baidu SEM etc.), and digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM). 61 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English. Business-level communication skills in Mandarin and English (proficiency certificates: CET-4 above 550, CET-6 above 500, IELTS 6.0, or equivalent study/work experience) 61 Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro, along with experience in WeChat content creation and analytics (preferred). 61 Proficient in technical writing in Chinese, specifically for marketing materials and documentation. 61 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. 61 Creative mindset with strong project management and organizational skills. 61 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 61 Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. 61 Effective teamwork and collaboration skills to thrive in diverse environments. 61 Exceptional multitasking and prioritization capabilities in fast-paced, dynamic settings. 61 Adaptability and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
