About the role CRM executive will play a crucial role in helping the team to foster and maintain positive relationships with customers, through utilising CRM system effectively, gathering valuable data and insights into customer behaviour, and ensuring consistent communication and experience across all channels.
As a CRM Executive you will be responsible for - Responsible for the preparation of CRM Weekly & Monthly reporting and learnings, with clear action plans. - Partner with cross-functions to design and implement the CRM campaigns across different channels through business insight and analysis. - Coordinating the execution of omni-channel Marketing & Sales campaigns including key moments (38/618/D11), gifting season and other brand big days. - Daily communication with agency ensuring operation excellence and ad-hoc analysis such as best case competitor study’s. - Supporting the CRM Manager on any other ad-hoc analysis or tasks as and when required.
Who you will work with - Reporting into CRM Manager
About you - Bachelor’s Degree or above. - Related experience in beauty& luxury & FMCG industry, specialized in CRM/digital Marketing/Social or eCRM experience is preferred. - Strong data analysis capability and good communication skill. - Strong ownership and organize multiple projects with great attention to details. - Fluent in oral and written English. Oversea education background or working in an international company is a plus.
