● Product Development and Business analytics The Senior Product Specialist is accountable to drive user adoption of the product by creating communications, training, documentation, and launch plans to empower business partners across multiple products, multiple workflows, and often multiple platforms; but largely focused within a single business unit with common priorities and needs. ● The Senior Product Specialist collaborates with various teams, including product development, marketing, finance, legal, manufacturing, operations, and sales, as needed, to ensure cohesive progress and success. ● Customer Centricity Leads change management efforts to deliver customer centric solutions, by collaborating with development teams and leverage deep subject matter expertise. Using audio/video tools to present to audiences of users and business stakeholders and answer questions about the digital product platforms. ● Acts as subject expert for user questions about the digital product features and capabilities in production. Works with engineering teams to identify the appropriate actions based on user questions or issues. ● Coordinates with global users and business stakeholders for end user testing scenarios based on defined acceptance criteria. Partners with users around the globe as the subject matter expert to provide testing scenarios that help validate quality and alignment for continuous, iterative releases. In addition to guiding the team product managers have duties like market opportunity identification, competitive analysis, sales enablement, or monitoring domain performance User Experience. ● Creates and analyzes metrics that measure the user experience of the digital products including happiness, adoption, engagement, and task success. ● Engages with users directly along with product management and development to create initial set of metrics based on business outcomes. Monitors trends in order to influence future development of the digital product and increase value. ● To build up a full scope of knowledge for current Chinese accounting solutions and 1000 group project solutions in SAP after onboard and guide vendor colleagues to solve the system issues and served as an escalation channel for urgent/critical cases. ● Establish in depth knowledge on Chinese local accounting regulations (such as the gap between HBII), support Chinese accounting team and translate the needs from accounting into IT languages. ● Dealing with IT/ system related inquiring or investigation from local authorities for accounting related system. ● Familiar with Global and China local application/digital solution/IT Service industry/market. ● Project management and monitoring for local accounting related system development project including representative of Bayer to negotiate local IT related system/service contracts; coordinating internal IT resources to monitor project milestone and confirmation of milestone payment. ● Coordinate with IT resources to monitor maintenance report(monthly basis) from external vendor for local system and perceiving potential risks regarding system stability for local accounting system/projects.

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar or minimum 4 years equivalent practical experience in addition to ● 7 or more years of experience as a product manager ● 2 or more years of experience with Agile development and DevOps ● Basic understanding of network administration, server management, and virtualization technologies ● Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud infrastructure ● Basic understanding of network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.) ● Strong understanding and knowledge of SAP Module Finance and their integration (e.g. R2R, Intercompany and Management Accounting) with other SAP modules and legacy systems. ● Experience of delivering global, complex projects ● Fluent in English ● Thorough understanding in development, 3rd party solutions like Satellites SLAN or Fiori Apps or SAPs latest solutions ● Preferred: a. Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success); b. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience as a product manager, product specialist, business analyst or similar role, or minimum 7 years of equivalent industry experience or similar role; c. Experience to include: 2+ years experience in agile software delivery; d. Communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills; e. Experience in the business domain relevant to the digital product is desirable; f. Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle is preferred (i.e. PMP); g. Experience with ERP SAP end-to-end global implementation and migration especially experience with FI/CO/SD module including of master data creation, historical data transfer.
