About International Family Care and Professional, Asia BU and China Cluster The International Family Care and Professional (IFP) Segment in Kimberly Clark is a multi-billion dollar business that compromises of well loved consumer brands like Kleenex, Scott, Andrex and also the iconic B2B hygiene solution provider Kimberly Clark Professional. The IFP Asia business unit is an important part of IFP that covers Greater China, India and SEA, contributing as both a critical driver of growth and profitability for the total international segment. Our brands occupy leading positions (#1/#2) in most of the categories we play in. In your role, you will be part of a brand new IFP Asia organization that combines the strengths of both our consumer family care and professional businesses in Asia. You will also be part of marketing team that will help define strategic building blocks and execute our plans for growth. This is a critical role to lead IFP China consumer family care, including strategy development, product innovation, communication and activation, etc. We are looking for a marketing leader who is able to drive clarity in complexity. Craft innovation strategy for the targeted consumer group and market. Define and implement the winning launch plan (right mix, channels, activation idea) to launch key cluster innovation / renovations OTIF (on time, in full) Understand competition landscape and brands’ opportunity. Insightful and tighten strategy Innovation & renovation delivery 2 Support brand marketing plan by assisting in the execution of the integrated activity schedule ensuring consistency with brand key vision including communication strategy. Brand Image 3 Lead consumer communication and activation across digital and EC environment. Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness. Brand awareness Incremental AI and NP 4 Partner strongly with trade marketing, sales and ecomm teams to develop impactful commercial programs that deliver profitable sales growth in both online and offline channels. 5 Keen on new trends in the business and social environment and transfer the observations to new innovation actions. Strong CPG brand management and building experience. End to end experience preferred.
