工作职责(Responsibilities) 1. Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face,; 与客户保持友好电话、邮件、面对面的沟通,及时了解客户的业务需求; 2. Communicate with sales and customers; 与销售保持联系; 3. Communicate with master planner and confirm shipping schedule to customer; 及时和主计划和生产线的联系,确立出货计划给客户; 4. Handling customer’s inquiry/order/complaints/complain, investigating and solving; 处理客户的疑问、定单、投诉,调查并解决; 5. Maintain SAP for customer master data and sales order; 在SAP系统里维护客户定单和客户信息,确保订单信息的准确性; 6. Dealing with customer orders accordingly; 处理客户订单; 7. Arranging shipment schedule; 出货安排; 8. Others relative assigned work. 其他分配的工作。
所需资格条件(Qualifications) 1. 1 to 3 years of experience in related position 1-3年相关工作经验. 2. Fluent computer software skills 会电脑操作 3. Familiar with SAP system preferred 熟悉SAP系统者优先 4. College above degree 大专以上学历或相关专业毕业 5. Trading / Logistic / All 商务外贸专业或物流相关专业 6. Communication and negotiating 有一定的谈判技巧 7. Time-mind, and plan management 时间观念强,有计划管理 8. Negotiation skill 谈判能力 9. Solve problem skill 解决问题
