职位概述 This position is responsible for customer service specialist duties basically in projects management for HDL clients and retailers, while training and offering experience to new staffs is also requested. 岗位职责 1. Keep good relationship with KA account clients and support KA/Sales managers to expand the business opportunities. 15% 2. Coordinate with other departments / groups to assure the project finished within turnaround time. 15% 3. Maintain the customer and project database to ensure the record clear and correct; 10% 4. Follow up projects and communicate with customer if any issue during the testing in order to enhance customer service satisfaction; 15% 5. Coordinate projects among sales/ KA, lab and customers during the whole process to ensure the project process smooth; 20% 6. Provide timely feedback to manager or other related people about customer’s request or enquired; 10% 7. Behavior a professional image to the customers consistently to enhance the customer’s trust; 5% 8. Highlight major Customer Service issues in a timely manner to manager and resolve the issues promptly; 5% 9. Perform other duties assigned by manager. 5% 任职条件 1. Colleague degree or above. 2.
