QUALIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE /EXPERIENCE
Qualification:
83 Minimum University / graduation with at least 3+years of work experience in China Oilseeds industry. Experience on both Soybean meal and Canola/Sunflower meal would be a plus.
83 Have a proven record and experience of managing customer base & key accounts (end users, industrial clients, institutions & traders) 83 Have the necessary planning and organizational skills to achieve targets, review business, manage operational systems & process within defined policies. 83 Be able to provide role clarity and ensure teamwork.
